Waiting time beyond this will be charged at S$20 per 15-minute block. For airport arrivals, a complimentary waiting period of 60 minutes is provided from the actual flight landing time. Should waiting time exceed 60 minutes, additional charges equivalent to the one-way arrival rate will apply.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation fees apply based on how far in advance you cancel: 25% fee if cancelled between 48–24 hours before the booking; 50% fee if cancelled between 24 hours and 12 hours before; 75% fee if cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup. No-shows will be charged in full.

Yes, child seats are available upon request — please inform us at the time of booking. Additional charges apply: Age 1–3 (infant/toddler seat) add $6; Age 4–7 (booster seat) add $3. Infant seats are not provided for children under 1 year old.

Yes. We offer hourly chauffeur hire with a minimum of 2 hours. Rates start from $60/hour for a standard 6-seater MPV, $75/hour for a premium MPV, $90/hour for Mercedes E-Class, $100/hour for a luxury MPV (Toyota Alphard), and $200/hour for the Mercedes S-Class.
