Should waiting time exceed 60 minutes, additional charges equivalent to the one-way arrival rate will apply.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation fees apply based on how far in advance you cancel: 25% fee if cancelled between 48–24 hours before the booking; 50% fee if cancelled between 24 hours and 12 hours before; 75% fee if cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup. No-shows will be charged in full.
